Creative co-working online – Doing It For The Kids (members event)

In January I hosted an online creative projects co-working session for members of the DIFTK group (which is a membership for freelancers with kids!) We all enjoyed it, and created doodles and jumpers and rescued flowers in the garden – so we’re doing another one in March. If you’re a member come and join us – and if you’re not a member, this is what DIFTK is all about.

Online discussion – Creativity Found (members event)

In the March members session, we will be discussing personality profiling tools, and I will be sharing some of my knowledge about these. If you’re not a member but would like to know more, click here to visit the website.

Would you like me to share some of my knowledge with your group?

Would you like me to appear on your podcast or video chat? Maybe I could speak at your networking meeting? Or perhaps I could write something for your magazine or blog?

These are some things I know about:

  • Penguins
  • Drinking tea
  • Different varieties of shortbread biscuit
  • The closest beaches to Maidenhead
  • Triangles. I lived on one once. (The Aston Triangle.)
  • Bluey.

Not that useful?! 😀 Have a look at the past ⬇️ and upcoming ⬆️ events for an idea of the topics I talk about!

And then send me a message if you’d like to have a chat.

How to market yourself when you do lots of different things. If you’re a member of the group, you can watch this under the ‘replays’ section. If you’re not, you could read this blog post that I wrote, which is my thoughts about how to do just that.

Video – Create Connect – note taking in the form of penguins

When I attend the online Create Connect meetings, I draw penguin doodles. In this video which explains what Create Connect is all about, it also shows my penguin doodles and my 101 Dalmatians project 😀.

Creative writing sessions

From time to time, I run online creative writing sessions. If you have a group who would like their own private session, online or in person, please do get in touch for prices. (I have a mini version I can do for networking events.)

The Berkshire branch of the Chartered Institute of Editors and Proofreaders enjoyed their workshop earlier in 2024, which I ran when I was testing the idea – see their comments here.
