As creative freelancers and small businesses, we don’t have a huge team around us. So when we choose to outsource bits of our work, or collaborate, or just find people to support us as we go through our daily self-employed life, it’s important to think about who the right people are to help us. To build our own “creative team” of the people we need.
One way of doing this is to think about styles of creative thinking.
This can help us understand who we are, what our preferred tasks are, and to see where we might need help from someone else to fill in the gaps.
And for small businesses with one or more teams, this understanding could also help with wider business challenges, developing creative processes and new ideas.
As a Certified Creative IDTM Consultant I’m now offering the following options:
1 hour overview
A 1 hour session, delivered 1:1 via Zoom.
For freelancers, small business owners and team leaders who’d like to understand more about creative styles and see how this is useful for their business.
If you’re a business owner or team leader, this would be a good introduction to the work I do with Creative IDTM and we could also talk about follow-up options that I could do with your team.
Cost – £65. You can book this directly via my calendar here.
“Nina spent an hour with me doing personality profiling to help me understand how to better manage and build our team. It was fascinating to see where people fit within the business, and a perfect introduction to using profile strengths within roles.
Thank you, Nina.”

“I had my “Creative ID” review done by Nina today – and it was really interesting. Nina shared with me about how Creative ID pinpoints your preferences across 5 complementary creative styles and highlights how you are creative. As someone who often describes herself as not creative, it was really interesting to see how my creative style shows itself to the wider business community is enlightening.
We had a great discussion about how I use this knowledge both as an individual and when working in a team. What the various styles look like in business etc. If you are wanting to know more about yourself and how you can work with others, playing to your strengths and the strengths of those within the team – I thoroughly recommend reaching out to Nina and having your Creative ID done.”

(Amanda received a free session, because I had been given some free profiles to use after my training.)
Workshops
Workshops for small and growing business teams (2-4 hours).
I can design a bespoke workshop for your team or event, to provide an overview of the Creative IDTM creative styles and allow your team to take part in one or more creative thinking exercises.
This package can include a Creative IDTM profile and 1:1 coaching session for each team member.

“I saw Nina present on creative thinking at a networking event. This very engaging talk was a brilliant intro to the topic and got everyone (a very diverse collection of local business owners) in the room thinking about which creative thinking style is most like them, how this helps their business and what else they can do for an even bigger impact. I highly recommend attending one of Nina’s workshops if you’re a creative type (or even if you think you’re not!)”
