I’m Nina Lenton and I’m an ‘untangler’, coach and sounding board.
I work with founders and freelancers who have a lot of ideas, but who aren’t making progress with the ones that really matter to them.
If you want to explore what really matters to you, I suggest that you start with the Creative Kickstart – a series of 4 coaching sessions. You can read more about that here, or just get in touch with me for a chat.
If you know what matters to you but you’re not making progress, I’d recommend an Untangling Session to get really clear on how to move forward. This works well if you keep jumping between ideas, or if your idea seems so big you don’t know where to start. You can read more about that here, or just get in touch with me for a chat.
If you know that you’re in need of some ongoing support, or a few months accountability to make an idea happen, let’s have a chat to see how I could help you.
If you’re not quite ready to work with me, you could just sign up to receive my newsletter to get a feel for the way I work and get some tips to move you forward in the meantime.

Other things I do
As well as being an ‘untangler’, coach and sounding board, I am a creativity advocate. I firmly believe that we are all creative – just in different ways. Here are some of my resources and services that help my coaching clients and others to understand how they are creative.
I host a podcast, called Creative Conversations With Nina Lenton, in which I ask my guests “what does the word creativity mean to you?” It will be back for a third series in April 2026. You can catch up on the existing 12 episodes wherever you find your podcasts – and read more about the episodes and guests here. (Sign up to my newsletter below to find out when the first new episode is released.)
And I am the author of 3 doodle books: A Guide To Ideas, Weird Penguin’s Thoughts on Freelance Life, and Things I Know About Creativity. They are a great introduction to my thoughts on freelancing and on the importance of having creativity in our lives – and they provided a great excuse for me to draw weird-looking penguins! You can find out how to buy those here.
I’d love to do more talks and workshops for small groups and teams to help them understand their creative identity and how that can help them in their work. You can find out more about my talks here or get in touch with me for a chat.
