I’m Nina Lenton. I’m a coach and freelance project manager based in the UK.
I work with individuals and with small (and very small) teams.
For individuals
You’re a coach, consultant, trainer, facilitator, workshop host, speaker, author, course creator. You love helping your clients to be more creative or enjoy their work.
But you’re exhausted with all your ideas and figuring out how to do something with them. Ideas for all sorts of content you want to create – courses, workshops, podcasts, blogs, books….
I love detail and planning (yes, I am weird). I also love working with people who have crazy creative brains and a million ideas.
I’m a unique mixture of project planner, coach, sounding board and creator. I love that we are all different – and when I work with my clients we come up with plans based around their unique way of working.
Step 1 in working with me is a 90 minute ‘untangling’ call – which is currently £150 when booked before the end of June.
That may be all you need for now.
Or you may want me to help further once you’re feeling clearer on your focus and direction. I love continuing to work with clients to guide them as they make their ideas happen.
In the 90 minute ‘untangling’ call we could look at:
- Sorting out all those ideas you have in your head or already half started, and choosing the best one to focus on right now
- Mapping your marketing or your services so you can see how they connect and how you might simplify or change them
- Creating a simple plan of action for one idea you really want to get started on
- How to plan your week so you get more creative time, and things you could do to increase your opportunities for creative inspiration.

With over 25 years of experience across a variety of sectors and business sizes, including agencies, I also offer hands-on project management services for marketing, communications and business operations projects. This could include planning, coordination, writing, project strategy and end of project reviews.
I’m particularly interested in working with organisations or teams that are involved in creativity, coaching, career change, learning & development, personal development.
